Social Occasions

You can book The Maltings Pavilion for your Social Functions: Weddings, wakes, anniversaries, birthday or christening parties, or just simple family gatherings are extremely well catered for in our function room capable of seating 120 people for a formal dinner or 180 for a buffet party. In addition we have a safe outside patio to chill out and breathe in the fresh country air flowing in across the marshes.

Community Learning

Book it for Community Learning: Our building has two large screen TVs to display DVD presentations and plenty of flat wall space for slideshow or power point presentations. The hearing loop that is installed can double as a top quality microphone and speaker system. The Bungay & Waveney Valley Hearing Support Club and the Waveney Bird Club are two groups who currently hold the monthly meetings on site.

Corporate Event

Plan your corporate event: Training days, Team Building exercises, Christmas parties. This is a great site for a mid-week corporate day out. Catering and overnight accommodation can be arranged and our 13 acres of outside space is ideal if designing a team building challenge.
