The club would like to thank Matt Lowe for his stint managing the 1st
Team over the past two seasons.

The first year, taking over at short notice mid way through a difficult
season, he formed a stable triumvirate with Stephen Thompson-Friend and
John Riches who should also both be recognised for the time and effort
they contributed to the Bungay Town cause.

Last season, still with the superb influence of JR on the pitch, the
effort off the pitch was all Matt's own, and as a club we appreciate that
effort.

This has been at times a thankless task with the effects of Covid-19
casting a long shadow over local football.

Matt has decided to stand down due to increasing family commitments and
work and we all wish him well in the future.

Bungay Town FC management committee hope to be able to make an
announcement shortly about his successor.
